• “Custom-Made Products”: Items manufactured or modified to your specific dimensions, primarily from our Architectural, External Doors, Gates, Garage Doors, and Bi-Fold Doors ranges.
• “Non-Returnable Items”: Products classified as final sale, as detailed in Section 8.

Our product range is defined by quality, architectural integrity, and specialisation:

• Premium Materials: We source and supply high-grade wood, glass, and hardware designed for longevity and aesthetic appeal.
• Bespoke & Architectural Focus: A significant portion of our offerings, such as External Gates, Architectural elements, and Bi-Fold doors, can be customised. These are crafted to order.
• Safety-Certified Products: Items like Fire Doors and Fire Glazed Doors are supplied with certified integrity for regulatory compliance.
• Technical Specifications: Product descriptions, dimensions, and finishes on our site constitute an invitation to treat. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in grain, colour, or texture are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute a defect.

Your Responsibility: It is your duty to review all product specifications, measurements, and suitability information carefully before ordering, especially for custom items.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

1. Placing an Order: Adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout constitutes an offer to purchase.
2. Order Acceptance: A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion (e.g., for suspected fraud, unavailability, or errors in pricing).
3. Order Details: You must ensure all information provided (delivery address, contact details, product specifications) is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
4. Pricing: All prices are in British Pounds (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices before an order is accepted but not after. Prices exclude VAT/GST and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of order placement.

• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Geographic Reach: We deliver worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions not serviced by our carriers.
• Timelines are Estimates: Delivery windows are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
• Risk & Title: Risk of damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. Legal ownership (title) passes once we have received full payment.

Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Most standard items can be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items: For safety, hygiene, and custom nature, the following cannot be returned unless damaged/defective on arrival:
  • All Custom-Made & Architectural Products.
  • All Fire Doors and Fire Glazed Doors.
  • Opened or cut materials (Flooring, Herringbone, Underlay, Furniture Boards).
  • Unsealed Cushioning products.
  • Clearance or “As-Is” items.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for an RMA number before returning any item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Trade & Bulk Clients: Clients with dedicated account managers may be subject to separate, supplementary agreements.
