Additionally this tile high gloss flooring even comes with a brilliant 15 year residential & 3 year commercial guarantee. This flooring has a built in 1mm underlay.
Please note this flooring should not be installed on any other underlay & should be installed directly onto the concrete or wooden sub floor.
